This policy explains what 9GG LLC ("we", "us") collects on innocentink.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

Waitlist. When you join, we store your email address, the option you picked (collector, artist or studio), the page you signed up on and the time. Server logs. Like any website, our server records the IP address, browser type, page requested and time of each visit. We use them to keep the site running and to count visits.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run third-party tracking scripts. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them. The waitlist form uses a short-lived anti-spam token that is not stored as a cookie.

How we use it

We use your email to send you the waitlist confirmation and news about the Innocent Ink launch. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who processes it

Our servers are hosted by Contabo GmbH. Traffic passes through Cloudflare for security. Emails are sent by Resend. These providers process data only to provide their service to us, and some of them are outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until two years after the launch, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept for up to 14 days.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe with the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop using it, by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you have these rights by law, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

Children

This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
